Meet the Founder
He was appointed by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Westchester, Civil Branch, as a Court Neutral, a non-partisan financial expert trusted to clarify the truth in some of the region’s most complex cases.
Over the years, Angel has partnered with leading attorneys throughout the Tri-State Area, providing litigation support, business valuations, damage assessments, and forensic examinations that bring resolution to disputes.
His command of tax law and financial strategy makes him a strong advocate for clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities. Each year, his team prepares hundreds of returns for individuals and entities across industries, from startups to investment firms.
Before founding his own practice, Angel refined his analytical edge at General Electric and Price Waterhouse after earning degrees from Colgate University and Harvard Business School.
Today, in addition to leading Forensics CPA Tax, PLLC, he serves as Controller for a New York City–area investment management firm specializing in large-cap growth equities.
Outside the boardroom, Angel brings the same precision to both the court and the course. Tennis, golf, and fine dining are his chosen pastimes, often shared with clients who appreciate a good match and an even better conversation.
